I want to know how I can edit the "Contact Us" form from our webpage.

When you go to Contact Us, it says a name and a phone number.

Where can I edit that bullet?

launch Admin Console
Click on email and contact forms in the drop down
click on contact
choose the members you want.

I don't know why the form is not updating. let me report it to our developer.

The bullet is what that person has in their profile, edit the profile to change what is in that line.

As an Administrator, is it possible for me to edit a profile of one member? In which part I could do this?

log in as the member but use the site admin password

The numbers after the colon would be what the member has entered for their phone number.

If you want to shut off the phone number display for this person, then uncheck the checkbox to the right of the drop down in the Contact Form dialog/tab.

Sorry Brian, I can't find that part of the profile in which that member has that information of the contact of the club.

EDIT: Already done. It was about the order of the 3 members. The first one didn't have any cellphone so that's why the second one appear.

Steve will look at the code. It isn't working as designed. The bullet should be there. What is missing is the other two members that are listed as accepting phone calls.

We have three members, and I'm the third one. I didn't know why I wasn't being shown in the "Contact Us" form.

This is fixed. Was missing an equals sign.

Be advised that the order of names that show up in the Contact Us form may not match the order of names that you set where you assign recipients of emails generated though the Contact Us form. The DB query that fetches the names and phone numbers has never had a sort order on it, so the names that show up in the Contact Us form just come up in whatever record order that exists in the FTH database.

We could define the order of names on the Contact Us form to be the same as where you assign the names, but no one has ever requested that...

Also, you only get names and phone numbers if you check the checkboxes that someone can be called. There is no way (as currently implemented) to just show names without phone numbers.
