I am using the same PC to submit this issue, so I believe you can identify my IP address. I was updating an agenda when it started. The time was ~8:10. IP 184.20.234.16 (US/United States/-) found to have 158 connections) the block has been removed. Since I am on my home network I would imagine everything shows up as the same IP. What browser and version are you using?
