How do I change who gets the emails about bounced back emails of members?
We only want the adminstrator for the website to get emails about bounced emails
How do I control this function?

The emails that are sent to the members (i.e. agendas and notes)
Some emails are bounced back which is fine, our webmaster will

There are no controls specifically for bounced email. They are handed the same as any email processed by the system. The options are set in the Admin console under Email and Contact Forms

Where can I remove the member getting notification of bounced emails?

Now I am really CONFUSED!!!

All mail is treated the same we do not have any special process for bounced email.

I came to Toastmasters to improve my communication and I guess this is a test of my poor skill.

I will try to explain what I mean again in the hopes that it makes sense. It may also be, that i do not
understand technology very well in which case it is hopeless and I need to move on.

My problem is: The secretary is receiving the "bounced email notification." We do NOT WANT him to receive
them (the "bounced email notification") Therefore I am trying to understand how to delete his name (and email)
from receiving the "bounced email notification."

Does that make better sense?

I do not see a place where I can delete his name from the distrubution list of "bounced emails notification"
The other members do not receive that email; only the secretary and the vice president of membership

Can you please explain where I change this or tell me that I cannot change this in which case this was a total waste of your time

1) All email is treated the same bounce or real email.

2) Who receives responses for ALL email reply is set in the admin console "Email and Contact Forms".

3) if your secretary does not want to receive any emails from the freetoasthost server you remove his email from member list.

You secretary's choice is to receive ALL email or NO email.

Currently all of your members are set up to receive responses to agendas.

Launch admin console, in the drop-down that says website Settings, click on email & Contact forms.

For the Recipient of replies to agenda notifications, you can choose who receives the responses to those emails, from those choices. Keep in mind that if the Secretary is the TM, they will receive the emails.

Who exactly is sending the emails tat are bouncing? If it is the secretary that is sending them, they he will receive the bounced email notification. If you send them, then you will receive the notification.

The sender of the email will receive a bounce notification if the email they sent did not go through for some reason.

As Brian is pointing out, this is no different than any other email system, and I would very hesitant to try to change that behavior.

I would question why you would *not* want the sender of an email to know if their message was not received...

If the secretary is sending an email that bounces back to him/her, then they should be looking into why/how they are trying to send an email to someone that cannot receive it.

The secretary is NOT sending the email. The email is being sent from our webmaster. The webmaster is NOT receiving the "bounced" email.

I receive the "bounced email" as well. I am working on the error of the emai, The secretary is not involved with this at this time.
Forget I asked.
I thought it was an easy fix; something perhaps that is done at the headquarters: only secretary and vice president of membership
tagged to see the errors of emails.

It would help us to understand if you can copy and paste the *exact* bounce message you are getting and tell us who specifically sent the email, to whom specifically, when the email was sent, and who specifically who received the bounce messages from that specific email.

The more specifics you can provide, the more likely we can help resolve your situation.
