Hi there,

When a member logs into our site and clicks on the Mentor/Mentee Request form, they complete the appropriate check boxes and click on Submit, the email bounces back to me, the President. Our expectation is that this request will come back to the VP, Education, who is our webmaster.

I have copied the script in the email that bounced back to us.

It looks like it is getting caught in your company's email spam trap.

"messagelabs.com" is owned by Symantec and makes spam filters.

"The following organization rejected your message: cluster5.us.messagelabs.com."

You probably need to contact your company IT and have the domain @toastmastersclubs.org be whitelisted for email.

Also, if you can find out from your IT what triggered the email to get caught in the spam trap, that would be helpful to us.
