I've been getting the below message when I send out agenda emails using the agenda webpage on the Wascana Club #577 website wascana.toastmastersclubs.org/
From what I can tell our members have been getting the email, but I'm hoping there isn't anyone who is missing the agenda emails.
It's occurred January 11, January 16, and January 21. When filling the email form out, I clicked the checkboxes for "All members", "VP Ed" and "President". Our VP PR has said he's gotten some similar emails, unsure if it was related to the agendas or just the members email. Thanks!

Thanks, I've fixed it & he is now able to receive the emails. Unsure how the email address got changed, he didn't change it, unless it's possible he accidentally hit the "unsubscribe" button...

Unfortunately, the unsubscribe links in emails are still "live" even after someone becomes a member.

It is one of the things I hope to soon address by reworking the opt out/unsubscribe code.

Ok, I have modified the unsubscribe/opt-out code so that the unsubscribe links in emails for guests and former members only work so long as that person is still a guest or former member. If they become a member (new or again), then proceed to click an unsubscribe link in an old email to them from when they were a guest or former member, the link will not kill their email address. (as long as they are detected to be a member)
