We are considering switching to PNC Bank and would like to know if our club website can support members paying their dues online through PNC. Here is the info we received from a PNC rep:

With the API coding, it is a stream of coding that merchants can integrate in with their website. If a merchant has one product they are selling it is usually an easy integration depending on their level of coding. If they have a shopping cart it gets more complex because they have to code it in to their shopping cart. Setting it up to track memberships and have members pay is probably the most complex. Since every website is different, PNC cannot help to integrate the coding, we leave that responsibility on the shoulders of the merchant. You should ask your tech team if they could integrate an API to do what you want it to do. They will be able to tell you if they have the ability or not. I only recommend the API for merchants that have a tech team that is confident they can integrate it.

Please advise if we would be able to do this. Thank you!

I am sorry but that is outside what FTH offers to clubs this is a free service. You will have to use their webservices we will not be supporting such an interface.

Thank you,
