We have been unable recently to add or change member headshots.

This morning, our website lots its custom pages, including the historical photo gallery.

Where do we begin fixing these items?

Hold tight, we had a hiccup with code reverting to an earlier version. I will take care of this later today.
Beg your patience.

You need to have the latest version of flash plugin for your browser installed.

get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Hi Brian,

Coincidentally, the day before your last message, I cleared Adobe Flash from all files and reinstalled it.

The problem has developed that I cannot upload photos in Safari. This is a new glitch.

Mozilla Firefox has the upload button visible and I will upload them in that browser.

If the developers/programmers at FTH modify Safari, please let me know.

Thanks!
Colleen

We do not modify anything on your local machine.

The issue is there are way to many browsers out there and to many active versions of the same browser. They all think they have a better way to make sliced bread, and can't make up their own minds on best way to do it.

Check that you do not have any plugins active in your browser that are interfering with the flash plugin

Thank you,

Brilliant!

I was not aware of the browser plug-in for FTH and Adobe Flash Player.

All of my plug-ins are disabled - except now for Flash.

That fixed the problem, the upload button is back.

Thank you millions!
