Hi,

Our meeting start times are showing up a 12am rather than the actual start times from the agenda 8:15am.

Can you help?

Thanks,

No Luck.

Thanks for getting back to me quickly. The TZ was showing the correct US/Pacific. I reset it anyway, but the problem still exists.

I'm wondering if maybe the meeting start time wasn't set when the agendas were first set up. In that case, the meeting time defaults to 12 am. (I made that mistake a few times in the early days.)

If you edit one or two of the offending agendas, set the correct start time and save, does the time stay correct, or does it just go back to 12 am?

Hi Jane,

That seems to be a good hint.
If I
1. Click on one of the 12am agendas.
2. Click on the "pencil" edit icon.
3. Click on the "Agenda Setup" tab. I notice that the meeting start time is 8:15am as it should be.
4. Save the "Agenda Setup" without changing anything, and close the popup.
5. Then reload the calendar page. The problem agenda is now fixed in the calendar.

All of my agendas are now fixed, and new agendas are coming in with the right time in the calendar.

Thanks so much,
John

Good to hear!

Sometimes, the agenda needs an edit and save, even though the time is already correct. Not sure why that should be, though.

Hold on now :(

So I added new agendas for March. Some of them came in with 8:15am on the calendar and some them with 12am on the calendar. I had the same workflow for all of them. It seems like the calendar database is sometimes getting updated before the 8:15am start time lands in the database.

This is easy enough for me to fix manually. But do you want to pass this on to the developers before I do?

You've made a note of it here. That should be enough.

"developers" here... ;)

"the same workflow" Need to know exactly what the steps are that you did so the issue can be reproduced and resolved.

It worked for me.

After you load the agenda and click ok on the time popup is the agenda showing the correct time before you save?

What browser and version are you using?
