I have also just started having difficulty with the website. The other web admin sees all the tools but I only see four and nothing that allows me to edit agendas, add members, etc. I did what I read on the forum and disabled the cookies. I am using the same browser as I always have for the website. It allows me to login as a member, then it makes me login as admin. Then when I go out to see the agenda I still don't have edit ability and when I come back I am locked out as admin again. Previously I logged in as member with the admin pw and went directly to editing and admin console etc. Now nothing is working. I don't know what else to do.

According to Brian, Firefox 26 has issues.

I may try to create a work around for that browser.

In the meantime, can you please try a different browser to confirm that the issue is limited to Firefox 26.

Thanks, I have used Google Chrome and had the same experience, but will try it again tomorrow. I have been using Mozilla for a long time since IE didn't work at all for me. These issues just started happening last week. Up to that time I had not issues with Mozilla and the website. Again my thanks for whatever help you can give me.

Ok, I just went to your website and logged in as the admin on Firefox 26 without any issues.

I also had the Firebug developer tool open looking for anything that looked like a significant warning or error.

Do you get any kind of error messages?

This morning I used Google Chrome and still had the same problem. However, it let me in as Admin but once I completed an action it kicked me out again (locked). I then tried to send the email to club members and it never responded. I used to login as a member and use the web admin pw and it was in. Now it seems to be fickle.
I am not getting any area messages on either browser. It just locks and unlocks me as admin.

Log in issues are usually related to cookie settings not being correct.

After deleting all the cookies in my browser it seems to be working. Will check it out again tomorrow and see how things go. Don't understand why after months, years of using the site all of a sudden the cookies aren't right or whatever. Thanks. Will keep you posted on how things go this week.

Chrome and Mozilla just had some upgrades. Often, when the auto-upgrades take place, the default settings are reset for you, whether you choose for that to happen or not. With many browsers, you never realize you have been upgraded until you run into problems doing things that you never had problems with before.
