Hello,

I am the Ed VP and site administrator for Desert Democrats Toastmasters (1039633). I spent about two hours today working on a club contest agenda. I created a second agenda type under "Meeting Agenda Templates" "Select another template". I created a second template called "club contest agenda." However, when I logged out and re-logged in as a club member, this new template was not showing as an available template, only the regular club meeting template was available.

How do I get the second template that I created for club contests to move over and be seen by all of the club members? I thought I'd ask before trying to recreate the whole agenda again. :)

Thank you in advance for your help with this!

Yes, but I can only access it when logging in as site administrator. How do I get this new (additional) template over the the regular member side?

You need to create a dated agenda using the template you created.
