I am trying to change the site administrator for our club, but when I enter the club number all I get is a message that says "Whoops. Is this your club". Which it is, but there is no option to say "yes" and then it goes into a non-ending loop and nothing happens. See Screen Capture below.

Also, when I tried to register, it did not accept the email address that I use to log into FreeToastHost, so I had to use another one.

1) please always post your club number in every post.

2) to change that admin use this page.
www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/

3) not sure what you mean by "it did not accept the email address" are you sure you typed it correctly both times?

Thank you,

No screen capture found. You need to save screen captures to a jpg/png file via pasting into MS Paint or similar, save the jpg/png, then upload it here. (Only certain image files are accepted here.)

Thanks very much for your prompt reply. I have been trying to get into our website for the past week and am getting somewhat frustrated.

The Screen capture is saved as a jpg. I will try to resend it.
The club number was on the screen capture, but it is
01697108
Hilltop Toastmasters.

In case you are unable to receive the screen capture, here is a detailed description of the issue:

In the Club Admin Request Change Page, I typed in our club number
01697108

I get back a popup screen which reads:

"Whoops! Is this your club?" with the correct club information, with two options, either an "x" or "cancel". If I click the "cancel", the club number disappears and nothing further happens. If I click on the "x" button, a message appears below the club number "checking club number" with a spinning icon, which never ends. I have left the computer on overnight, and the icon continues to spin. It obviously recognizes the correct club information, because it appears on the pop up screen.

I double checked the email address when I submitted it. If I miss typed it, I would have received a message telling me to re-enter it. Instead, I received a message saying it was invalid. I am not really concerned about the email, because I know that it is correct in the membership information page, as I can receive and send messages on behalf of the club. I just need to use a different email for this forum.

Leave off the leading zero.

Looks like I need to do a better message for leading zeros.

Thanks for submitting on my behalf

The leading 0 isn't the issue. Without the 0, I just get back a message that reads "Club Number Not Found".
