I created a custom web page for easy access to our club minutes. How do I create folders/files to go onto that specific page?

I know how to upload files and create folders in page manager, but all those folders go into member downloads, I don't want these there, I want them in the new page I created.

I also know now to create a hyperlink on my new page to link to a specific file. I can live with that if need be, but will eventually look tacky and unorganized after a few months.

You will have to use the hyperlink approach. The provided download areas are the only places that the lists of files can be accessed and downloaded.
