We were having difficulty with her email, and thought we figured it out, and I replaced her old emai with a new one last week....

The member has been deleted, I am sure there was a "ARE YOU SURE" prompt and it was responded to as ok. You will need to add her back in. Let me confirm my understanding. Are you saying you are having an issue that may be related to an apostrophe in the last name? Or is it a back slash? I see a back slash here but I also see you mention an Irish name, so I am a bit unclear.

Yeah, apostrophes give us fits in the code. I was trying to make some improvements with that last night, but I think it made it worse. Anyway, I went back to the old code today...

Can you try this again and let us know if you are still having issues?
