This member keeps getting the following error response when trying to send to the member group. Can anyone help with this?

Your mx record does not look correct
MX record should not point to an IP

you should have an A record defined

mail.speak-with-ease.org A 50.19.253.65

and the mx record should be

speak-with-ease.org MX 0 mail.speak-with-ease.org

Who ever set up your domain has not done it correctly, those changes need to be made at the registrar.
