Club 5980 hired someone to update and enhance our club FreeToastHost2 website. As administrator, I added him as a club member, for him to gain access, even though he is not actually a club member registered with TMI. When he tries to log in, I receive the authenticate message rather than he, so he can't log in. What shall we do about this/ what are best practices in this case?

I removed your phone # from your post. Please do not put your contact information in these forums if you can help it.

Not sure why you just do not share your admin password with this person, since they will need admin access to make any changes, anyway. Once they are done, just change the admin password. There is really not much they can do with out having the admin password anyway. Just making them a member will not really enable them to make website changes.
