We are having similar problems with not everyone receiving a recent email that was sent last Thursday.

I sent a test email out last Friday and it appeared that most recieved it but not everyone responded.
Would it be possible to take a look at the logs for from last Thursday and Friday.
The sender on Thursday was B Wunder <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>

The distribution list is.

What are the first names of those who did NOT receive the email?

it appears that no one with the domain name co.cal.md.us received last Thursday's message.
Everyone checked their spam and junk mail filters.
if you need a specific one use mine:

It appears to have happened again today.
The sender created a personal distribution list with all of the members email addresses and ccd

He used my home address for his personal distribution list.

I should have received two emails messages but only received the one to my home address.

At one point in the logs, I am seeing 15 emails went out to members of your club today (there are other entries) similar to this:

Is there a spam filter goofing things up?

Your mail server is accepting the emails sent to you from our server. You will need to talk to the IT folks and ask them what they did with the email

There appears to be a 7 hour differential.
Do you see any thing out of the ordinary with messages 4 and 7?

all times on the server are gmt

3 and 4 are from are different email streams

You are right. I misread. Its a five our difference.
The last message listed on your logs I did not receive.
Very strange.

You will have to ask your email processor, it accepted the email.

I am guessing that our spam and virus protection service is seeing 5+ messages coming from your server to my domain and automatically kicking them out as spam. I think I just need to add This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as a trusted sender.
I will let you know if that fixes it.

If you want to do some test emails and request that we take a look a the resulting logs, we could do that if you coordinate with us.
