My previous post is not enough concrete to specify the problem.

Here I give some details.
The name of the member: Aya Hashimoto
She sent messages to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., but she did not receive any error, any returned message, and nobody receive her message.

I would like to try the solution in the above post, but I do not understand the description about the Javascript.

Does it mean simply turn on the Javascript in the browser?

1) The reference to javascript in the email is because the forum hides the emails from bots.

2) What is the bounce message in the email that the member got. It will tell them why their email was not accepted.

I see no email making it successfully to the server From: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. please have the member check the spelling of the To: email address.
