Greetings - the website address ufandshands.toastmastersclubs.org will not be used any longer.

The new website address for Toastmasters Club 3661 is club3661.toastmastersclubs.org. I am inquiring if there is a way for the old address (ufandshands...) to open up the new site when folks use the old address. I am sure there are people that might have bookmarked the old page or have literature with ufandshands.toastmastersclubs.org and I would like for them to still access the site.

Thank you.

looks like someone changed the club alias to
Club Alias: club3661

if you want to use ufandshands you need to put the alias back to ufandshands

Thank you,

I changed the club alias to club3661 and going forward I will ad that address to communications.

For individuals that may have a brochure with ufandshands.toastmastersclubs.org when they click that link or type that address in a browser, I would like for them to be directed to club3661.toastmastersclubs.org.

Is that possible??? Thanks.

You have a choice either you use one or the other alias, Club3661 or ufandshands you cannot use both.

You could use the default 3661.toastmastersclubs.org and the alias ufandshands.toastmastersclubs.org

Hi Brian - your suggestions are great.

However, the situation I am trying to prevent is landing on the generic page (see attached image) when someone that is not aware that the address ufandshands.toast...... is no longer valid. Changing aliases is not the problem. The club does not wish to go back to ufandshands, but wants to ensure traffic trying to go through the unavailable "ufandshands.toast..." is not lost, but actually is redirected to the "club3661.toastmastersclubs.org" site.

I wish I had a different way of explaining the situation and I truely hope the image helps explain what is happening when the old address is clicked.

Thanks for trying to work with me.

The only way to prevent that is to change your alias back to ufandshands.
