I don't know if I'm missing a setting somewhere or misunderstand the way it should work so this may not be a bug.

Everytime we email an agenda and all 3 boxes are UNchecked everyone in the club still gets a copy of the email not just the person clicking the button to send the email.

Shouldn't it just email the person clicking the email button if all other boxes are unchecked?

Steve may need to verify this, but at least one box needs to be checked, so my best guess is that the system is defaulting to all rather than none.

Maybe a good idea for a suggestion, to send only to sender.

This is as it was designed. (not by me)

For the case of no checkboxes checked in the email agenda dialog...

The current behavior could be changed, but the main issue has to do with who is the person sending it when no checkboxes are checked. If it is a member logged in, then fine, it could be sent to the member, but if it is the admin logged in and doing the send, then the admin would not receive the email.

The reason for this is that, as designed, the club admin is not necessarily a member of the club, and normally the agenda emails only go to members. (Some clubs have an admin that is not a member.) This is consistent with how FTH2 works throughout the system. (The admin is not necessarily considered to be a member.)

If the admin email on record is up to date, the agenda could be emailed to the admin if they are the one sending with no recipients checked. However, for a lot of clubs, they share the admin password, but do not update the registered admin contact info.

Since user login is separate from admin login it doesn't seem to me that the logic would be that hard to code.

Is there a way to submit a request for enhancement?

Something to the effect of: (pardon algorithm instead of code)

If user login is not null
then
popup saying login required to email agenda
else
case checkboxes
no check boxes, email only user
(rest of checkbox logic remains the same)

you can post an improvement suggestion in the improvement suggestions section

I will look at those later in the year when I will be revising the agenda code.
