I just tried sending an email to all the members of my club. But it bounced with the following message:

Connected to 50.19.253.65 but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 Mail from 192.240.163.10 refused by because IP is on BarracudaCentral - see www.barracudacentral.org/lookups

I followed that link to see what it had to say. But when I looked up my mail host's IP address (not a free host) it said that IP address is not listed as poor. Specifically:

The IP address 192.240.163.10 is not currently listed as "poor" on the Barracuda Reputation System.

In the list of reasons they give for why an address might be rejected, only one of them did not relate to being listed as having a poor reputation:

In some rare cases, your recipient's Barracuda Spam Firewall may be improperly configured.

Please help.

I ran your IP address on several blacklist checkers and they all come up as being listed on barracuda.

From what little I know about this, I believe there may be a bit of a lag between it being off barracuda's list and it being reflected by the blacklist checkers.

Brian will probably have more insights to offer.
