It says that the new member message was sent, but it is not being received. I even tested it on myself and nothing came through.

Help?! I have 2 unhappy new members!!

The emails are being sent to Danny and accepted by the email server. Have them check their spam box

Can you check mine as mine never came through either.....

and normally when I send a new member message, I get a copy of it and I did not get a copy of Danny's nor Peter's for some reason.

what time zone are these date stamps in??

I can confirm that of the 10 or so tries I did that included my email address yesterday, none were received. I have never not received any before but suddenly I am not receiving them.

We are sending them and your email service is accepting them you will need to ask them what they are doing with the emails. you can give the the log entries for them to trace their logs.

Thank you! I have changed my email address to my gmail and away from my work as somehow these are now getting filtered as spam. Not sure why it has changed suddenly but my work email won't let them through.

Can you please see if your work requires received emails to be authenticated to get past spam filters? We are currently not providing authenticated emails (never have done that... no DKIM signatures), but it is something I have been considering for corporate FTH users.
