My club would like to restart our use of Toast Host.

I attempted to email to send a test to the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and received error in my email (gmail). What am I doing wrong?

An email to members with toast host agenda attached was sent with no problem.

Your domain name is not setup properly at your registrar please see this Doc on setting up your domain

One issue - the link to the document is not working! This is the message that I received when I activated the hyperlink in your message.

NOT FOUND The requested URL /doc/item/d...r-various-registrars was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.27 (Amazon) Server at support.toastmastersclubs.org Port 80

Is there an alternate document that I may access?

Yes, now it works only if I select the link in this forum. It tried to click directly from the email message that I received. I'll let you know how I make out.

our domain host is GoDaddy.com I contacted their technical support and the technician changed the DNS settings as per the directions that you provided. I tried to log into the site both as member and as administrator. After selecting the user and password, the log in button does nothing! Obviously, some setting is not correct. The URL window displays www.lvtoastmasters.org/#null

I would love to get this site running properly.

So, I cued the site to authenticate. Low and behold, I received a "create a password" email from the website. I am now able to sign in as a member and will attempt to reset the administrator password.

The user passwords were reset when the DNS setting were changed? If so, it would have been most helpful to know that piece of information!

We do not reset passwords, if you click the authorize link it forces a password reset.

Thank you, I was able to get in!!

I will have to notify the members that they will need to re-authenticate.

Question - I sent a test email to the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. using my gmail account. Generally, how long does it take for the toasthost to generate the email? It is not showing up in my email (I am an officer). I sent the email at 11:17.

The officer email is not in my spam mail folder! The whole reason that we want to go back to using ToastHost is for the email to members/officers functionality.

Is there a setting that is not right?
