Below is the message received everytime I try to access the club website. Please assist.

RogerM Visitor	I can open lrd.toastmastersclubs.org with no problems. Can you give us some more information: What browser and server are you using? Is this behind a corporate firewall? Have you tried from a different computer?

We are blocking your US IP IP 4.59.45.65 (US/United States/-) found to have 202 connections - Thu May 29 12:10:05 2014 What were you doing when you lost connection to the server? We have removed the block, but it could occur again depending on what you do.
