Hi. I'm James Fleming, IT Support and VP PR for club 3137. Our site is: topofthehill.toastmastersclubs.org/

I can add a member, totally delete a member, and change a member's name and awards. When deleting a member (a test case) I got the warning notice with the suggestion to change them to former member instead of deleting them.

HOWEVER, I cannot:
  1. Change a current member to a former member
  2. Change a former member to a current member
  3. Change an officer to a current member
  4. Change an current member to an officer

I am fairly certain that I have done this in the past with no issues. In addition to a bunch of changes we need to make for general emails, our acting officers has changed AND our new slate of officers will be installed just three weeks from now.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Jim

You need to use the pull down under the members list box to change the status.

Well... brown and smelly!

Thank you Brian. I had no idea that box was down there. It doesn't show up on my screen without pulling the second bar down. </facepalm>
