:S Is it possible to email the Meeting Agenda to an individual member, rather than to the whole club, or just Pres. and VP?
I want to send Meeting Agenda to one member to explain how to enter speech info.
Club Number- 00002837

No your options are VPED, TM of the day or all members

You can send it to the VPED and have them forward the agenda to that member.

Temporarily change that person to be the VPED, then email the agenda to VPED, then change back to the correct VPED.

Really, the system does not care who you tag as the VPED... it is just a text tag that is kept for the person's officer role.
