I suspect we have another one of those DOS issues, but none of our members here in Kunming can connect without using VPN. I've tried all three clubs with identical results. With VPN I can connect, but most members don't have that capability (it's actually illegal).

Could you please check to see if there is any kind of block.

My (non-VPN) ip address is 112.117.25.139. There are not a lot of choices here for Internet Service Providers so it's more than likely that we're all suffering with China Telecom.

The clubs are

1976054 - Spring City Toastmasters
3692031 - Wavy Toastmasters
3746834 - Match Toastmasters

Brian Offline Administrator Posts: 10451 Thank you received: 3863	We get a lot of cyber attacks from China, the server automatically blocks any IP range that it seems attacking it. I have removed the block from the IP range that you provided but it can be blocked again at any time. The following user(s) said Thank You: allandpage
