Only people with admin access can update the member information. Please tell us your club number and we can check who that is.

When you update role information, use the drop-down menus just below the box with all the names in it. You can't edit the names in the box directly.

Once you've saved those changes, the Meet our Members page should have updated automatically.

Olga,

To change existing members information, there is one of two approaches that you use. if you are changing a member's name or email address, you use the text box in Membership management and the drop down to set their officer role.

However, the people who show up in Meet Our Members must have their member profiles set to Public. Public just means they show up in Meet Our Members. Your president can either go into their member profile and click the button to make it Public **OR** you can do it for them. You can log in as any member and change their profile for them by using their member name in the Member Login, but using your admin password for the password. When you do this, the system will log you in as them and you can access their member profile for them.
