Hi chaps,

do u guys happen to know how i can get an event to show up as a chapter meeting? If you goto "Club Calendar" it says
Club Meeting - bg blue
Your added Events - bg almond
Administrator added events - bg maroon
Member added events - bg grey

i want the background to be blue to indicate a chapter meeting.

This information is too generic.

I am having the same problem. According to the instructions, another window is supposed to pop up after you create the event, but that's not working for me.

If you want a club meeting even with a blue background, you need to create an agenda for that date.

If you're not using the agendas, then you're restricted to the other colours.

Thanks for the info, but it's not exactly working for me. Added an agenda with a starting time of 6:30 p.m. and it automatically showed up as a club meeting on the calendar, but it shows a start time of 1:30 p.m. Obviously some type of time zone difference, but I can't figure out where. My computer time zone is correctly set.

Perfect! Thanks! I had to open the agenda and resave it before it updated the calendar, but that was my answer. You rock!!

AlvinHo, sorry to jump on your train, but I hope this helps with your problems, too. Thanks for posting.
