my Floater messages are not working the member or the non member ones. Is there a way for them to stay on and not just appear once like it says in the directions?

Please help.

The non-member one came on fine for me when I went to your website.

Make sure that you understand how they are supposed to work. They are not supposed to stay on forever.

If you are looking for a permanent announcement, then I would suggest setting off an area at the top of your home page for that. You can insert a div section which allows you to set the background color differently of that section, if you want.
