I received this message from a member of our club - lvtoastmasters.org #2706

I cannot access the email addresses of members. I am getting an error message that says "default mail program not properly installed" How do I overcome this problem. I get the same error message at other club websites too.

I am able to access all the member email/private list pages without any difficulty, using Firefox, IE, and Chrome on a PC. Furthermore, personally only use a web-based email provider.

I'm at a loss - any suggestions?

The problem is he uses webmail and does not have an email client installed on his computer.

He has 2 choices, install an email client or copy and paste the email addresses into his webmail client.

This is an issue with his local PC and nothing we can do.

Thank you, Brian!

So simple, dah! It's hard sometimes to understand via email what steps a user takes - didn't even cross my mind, because I automatically copy/pasted the list mails.

Much appreciated!

Eileen
