Good afternoon,
When I attempt to enter the Membership Management page as site administrator, I get the attached screen. I am unable to access any of the pages that I should be able to work on.

Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

As noted in my earlier post, please clear your browser cache. Once you do that, the issue should correct itself.

Would you please send the instructions again. Also I don't know what you mean by clearing the cache with the browser closed. Doesn't it have to be open to get to the area to clean it?

Clearing your cache is different for different browsers. Look at this document. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/clearing-browser-cache

Once you have done that, close your browser, and reopen it.

Hi Roger,

Since this seems to have a simple solution can you or someone call me and walk me through the process. I've tried it about 8-10 times so far. Apparently this has happned just since some work was done in the program.

Sorry but it still does not work. Again I have attached the screen I get when I try to go into managing the members or even other sites. I will be gone till about 2 or 3:00pm tomorrow. I still would like to contact someone who can walk me through the possible procedure to clean my cache, if that is the problem. I've done that about 8 times now.

This is getting a little frustrating now. I hope the next response will be successful.

I see from your screen shot that you have Chrome... you did not tell us that.

Hold down the Ctrl key then press the F5 key... done. Cache should be cleared.
