Hi --

When you forget your password (yup - I know I failed on this :unsure:

) you go through the process of requesting a password.

you do everything correctly the system tells you to enter this crazy FBI like code 16c569e3021a5acde29ff45966b976bc but you get an error that not correct

Now one is locked from trying to get help - my only recourse was to create a new account.

I know - I should not forget passwords - but if this happens again how can I get help (as replying to the password email is a no, no)
