Hi, I have made several unsuccessful attempts to update the membership management with the new officers. I login as an administrator, make the changes and save the changes and exit out of the console. After saving, a message appears that I have made a successful change.

When I return to the console, the changes revert back to the original officer list. I have attempted this several times.

Please help.

Thank you,
Alan

Alan,

You change the officers by scrolling down to the bottom in Membership Management to Assign Officers, Guests, Former Members, choose the member from the dropdown, then choose the role.
