Our VP of Education sent out an agenda this week from the agenda page, but nobody received it.

I sent out an email from my work email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. on 7/16/14 at 2:24pm CST and 7/18/14 at 11:41am CST. Both emails shows as sent in my Sent Items, but none of our members (including myself) received the email.

Please assist, thanks.

Your VPED did not select the send to all members it was send to just sbujarski

Please have them try again but selecting all members and waiting until the logo disappears.

No email has been received for members-6393 this week.

I see NO email from your gmail email account at all this week.

Please check the email you sent to.

-The email I sent to is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
-That email address came directly from the Free ToastHost site by clicking on it in the Club E-Mail Addresses list.
-The email account I sent from was not a gmail account, but my work outlook email account. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Lastly, I checked in with our VPED and her email to sbujarski was intentional, but she attempted to send the agenda to all members prior to that email to sbujarski. Her attempt to send the email to all members, with the 'send to all members' check box checked, was on July 15th between 7:30am and 8am CST.

I do not understand the comment from SteveTheTechie regarding an email account that is the system. I have always sent emails to the Club Email Addresses from my work email account and never had trouble in the past.

Chris,

Steve was thinking that your work email was not an email you had listed in membership management or your profile. Often, members use a non-work email (usually community clubs), but expect any email address to work for them.

However, a member can enter a second email address on their profile and then either email address can be used.

I looked at our email log again... Not seeing anything beyond the email that Bryan noted earlier.

So... some questions.

1. Are other people from your company who use Outlook to send from company email able to send to the members list? Wondering if your company spam filters are impacting this.

2. Have you *received* email on the members list when someone else sends to it?

3. If nothing else, I can either temporarily make myself a "member" of your club and do a test send from my email address, or I could put some test code in place to watch specifically for your club number in email.
