You guys are doing a great job. Thanks for all your efforts.
I have noticed one small discrepancy.
When I create the multiple meeting sign up sheet, some members who are assigned on the meeting agendas do not appear on the sheet.
I can't tell why that is happening.

Please tell us dates and roles you are referring to. Usually it is a missing " This is a role members can sign up for ", or the name is slightly different.

Another thing that is important to understand about how the multi-meeting sheet works is that it really depends a lot on a consistent layout for all of the agendas it represents. Any difference in layout of the agendas represented in that report will tend to throw off the report a bit... you start having N/A's show up the multi-meeting sheet and things look out of whack. This is *not* a bug, it is just a limitation of trying to show 5 agendas on a sheet that inherently presumes the represented agendas all have exactly the same roles (shown in the left most column).

This frequently comes up when a club has a contest agenda that is one of the dates on the multi-meeting sheet. Contest agendas are usually a different layout, and we will frequently get a lot of questions about how those show on the multi-meeting sheet.
