Hello,

I am the IT Manager at Royal Oaks Lifecare Community and we are unable to login to our club site from the company network. Our club website is royaloaks.toastmastersclubs.org/ our member id is 3335517.

I have been working the Cisco network and firewall team this week and last to determine where the issue with the Toastmasters Website is coming from and after extensive testing, tracing, and analyzing logs files the Cisco team has found it is not an issue with our network but it is coming from the Toastmaster’s server. Can someone from your network admin team please contact me and I can share the information from Cisco with you so we can get this issue resolved for our users.

thank you,

Do you have an IP address that we can check to see if it is blocked on our server?

Our IP is . We are not blocked from getting to the website, the issue occurs after we try to login. We can get to the homepage, click login, enter our credentials, then it spins and does not go to the logged in homepage. I can send you the email from Cisco if you provide your address. My phone number is 623-815-4163.

Yes, I can login to the site from home, but not from our corporate network. This is what cisco said " From the perspective of the ASA the server on the outside is ending the connection not allowing to continue with the next GET."

PM = Private Message

Is your proxy server issuing keep alives while it is waiting for the response from our sever? The time out of the proxy server needs to be increased.

The issue is the proxy server, if you can log in from home then the issue is not the login but how the proxy server is handling the login.

My computer is not going through a proxy. My computer which I am testing with has a direct connection to our firewall and then out to your site.

Then it is your firewall. It is something in your environment that is causing the issue we have thousands of people using our system in financial institutions, government and military offices. I am sorry but we do not have the tools to debug your specific system.
