Did you see a checkbox above the button called "I have verified the above information and it is correct." ?

You need to tick that after entering your information to enable the submit button.

If you do not see that checkbox, then you should click the link at the bottom of that screen called (Click here to reload website from server.) I recently updated that page, so you may not have gotten the updated page... click the reload link to update.

Also if you can provide a screen shot showing what you entered and the submit button disabled that would be helpful.

Well, I was trying to test this, and basically, I had no issue. I did the submit for you and it worked fine.

You need to check for an email with an approval link in it at your ang.af.mil email address. The email sometimes gets misdirected to spam/junk mail folders.

Thanks, I found out the problem was the email address created for our TM contact was wrong. I updated the email address last week. The notification email to the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. states the original wrong email. I don't know how long it takes for that to be corrected, so in the meantime, the notices go to great void. Any advice on how much longer I need to wait? Please advise. Thanks for all your help.

Julie

Should not take longer than a couple of days. Let us know when you have it squared away so that we can close out this thread.
