We have a suggestion. When some one submits a 'contact us' e-mail, they get a confirmation screen. The submit button is also on the screen. It is gray instead of blue, but unless someone is familiar with our site they may not understand. If someone hits that grayed submit button they get an error message. We suggest that the button either be removed or instead of the error message that currently pops up, it should say that their message was already submitted and they should click close to go back to the website.

An error message like that would be less confusing than the current one. Of course, it would be nice if 'close' was their only option, but I don't know which of these would be easier to do.

Just to let you know, we appreciate all the work you put into these sites & the options we have to personalize it. Our club frequently gets guests based on our website. Thanks for making it easy to maintain & update!

Thanks,
Sofie Parra

I thought maybe you pushed through a changed, but it's acting the same.

Here's a step by step of what I'm seeing: When I click on 'contact us' and fill out the template and click on the blue submit button, it switches to a screen telling me I completed the submission. That screen has a gray submit button and a blue close button. If I click on the gray submit button (like trying to resubmit in error). I get an error message that says I have errors in the form and explains that I didn't fill out the form completely. Of course, my real error is hitting the submit button a second time when I didn't need to. We're just suggesting that this error message be changed or disable the submit button when it's gray (or remove it altogether). Anyhow, it's just a suggestion.

I *did* make a change.

Did you click the link at the far bottom of the screen to reload your website from the server?

Otherwise, you are just re-running the same script from your browser cache.

I clicked on the refresh at the bottom of our webpage and it still behaves the same. Oh well, it isn't a big deal as most people probably don't click the submit button multiple times. We just had a new officer who noticed it. Thanks for checking out our suggestion.
