Our president received an email asking about our club. I can't find it on our toastmaster website to respond and to copy all the other clubs as requested. Does he use his work email to respond? Is there a way to respond from the website? Where do I find this potential member's email?
Thanks

The email goes to the 3 members that are listed on the contact form, it is not stored on the website. As one of the recipients respond, they are requested to include the others in the reply

If what you copied is from the contact email, then you have provided the contact email.

You currently do not have your membership set up as designed to designate the officers, which in essence means that the officer list is not working for you as well.

Our email system is an email forwarding system. The system gets this information from the Contact Us form and creates an automated email to forward to the people selected as club contacts. We do not provide any email accounts or means of responding to those in the website. They should be responded to from the same email address as the club contacts received the forwarded email.
