First, lets make clear that this is a support website for the FreeToastHost website system for Toastmasters clubs *only*.

So... assuming that you have a FreeToastHost website...

1. Please *always* include your club number in your post or in your forum signature. We need that.

2. Why don't you just upload those things to your website so that your officers can look at them there when they log in as members?
