I've read previous postings on this matter, but no joy in accessing the mentor/mentee form on our free toast host webiste.
The line is only hyperlinked when I log in as the site administrator. If I log in as a member, the item is displayed, but the link is not active.

If the mentoring link is shown it should only be active when you are logged in as a member. It should never be active if you are logged in as admin or if you are not logged in at all.

We will need your club number in order to investigate and assist you if this is not the case for your website.

If you are still having trouble try logging out as site admin. As site admin you won't have access to any of the links in the Members Only area other than agendas. Next, click on the "click here to reload website from server" instruction at the very bottom of your webpage. Once the page has reloaded log in as a member and try the link again. If that doesn't work ask if any of your other members can access the link when logged in on their computers, or if possible see if you get to it on a different computer.

Success!!! Not an intuitive workflow, but I took notes and will share with local clubs - I think we all can benefit from mentor programs.

That isn't the standard workflow - I suspect there was some sort of corruption on your system which just needed to be cleared. The link can be switched on or off as Brian explained above, but once it is switched on it should work for all members.

I agree, mentoring is one of the many benefits of joining Toastmasters :)
