I have recently become the President of Knickerbocker Toastmasters, Club 137. I have captured the following groups of people: members, guests, former members. When sending the agenda, will it go to only members? If I want the guest and former members to receive the agenda, will I need to send three separate emails?

In order for all groups to receive it, must I remove the designations (member, guest, former-member) tags?

We do not generally recommend sending the agenda to non-members for the sake of the privacy of your members.

However, if you are determined to do that, then you would need to print the agenda to a PDF file and email it to the aforementioned groups via your regular email, including the agenda PDF as an attachment. You should be able to put each of the associated email addresses in the same email.

Again, we do not recommend sending your member's names or contact information to non-members.
