Since the upgrade whenever I try to edit the agenda to assign roles as soon as I hit the save button the screen goes into into the phase of saving it and the wheel shows up but never finishes saving allowing me to create an agenda to send out to the club. I did hit the refresh button on the bottom on the webpage but it still doesn't allow me to save.

our club number is 1591768 if you need it

Can you tell us which browser and operating system you are using? There seem to be some issues with specific browsers.

Dianne I was able to log in as you and sign you up as time keeper on your agenda using windows and chrome.

Please click the Reload button at the bottom of your club website and then log in as you the member and try again.

ps. You might want to remove yourself as timer unless that is something you need for your cl manual

I'm sorry i probably didn't explain myself clearly.

As site admin, I am not able to assign other people to the meeting roles. I have several times hit the button on the bottom to reload from the server and it does not help.

I tried it again and am still unsuccessful in being able to assign roles and save the agenda.

Thanks

Dianne I logged in as your admin using windows chrome and was able to go the agenda click the pencil select you as the timer again, and save.

Everything worked as expected.

I did it again and made you Opportunity time

Dianne,

Perhaps you can tell us exactly what steps you are using and what you are seeing. We are here to assist you.

As Brian notes, as the admin you *can* assign people to the meeting roles, but you have to use the Edit Agenda dialog via the pencil button to do it. You cannot assign them directly from the view agenda screen that you see when you first load up the agenda.

Prior to the upgrade I assigned the club roles each week. I am having the same problem as Phylis Ford and on her feed she gave you a screen shot which you said helped. She also added to my feed and you separated her.

When I log in as site administrator to assign roles on the agenda the save button is greyed out (inactive). The save button is no longer available on the Edit This Agenda window. Clicking on the Reload link at the bottom of the page doesn't save either.
