Hi,

Our club also has a member that is unable to login as well. Mir does not remember his password. Can his password be reset?

Best,
Eric

Eric, please post new issues in a new message thread, even it if seems similar to an existing thread. Posting in a new thread prevents a lot of confusion about who message replies are actually being directed to.

In any case, we do not do password resets. The member can trigger that themselves just by logging in with out a password... the system will email the member a link to get in and reset their password if the password box is blank.
