Hello,

I have tried searching through the forum for similar problems but nothing seemed to really address the issues my club has been having.

1. (a) Members are finding it to be very challenging to sign in and access the agenda. I can see that they have successfully signed in, so I know that they have logged in; however they say when they click on the Meeting Agenda link that they are unable to access it.

(b) If they are able to view the agenda they have not been able to sign up for a role, and there are no restrictions on their profile that should prevent them from signing up.

2. When a member sends the agenda out via email to all members, the members are receiving it. However, if an individual "Replies All" to this email, some members will receive it, some will not or nobody will receive the email at all. We have also had everyone receive the reply. I have the settings set for everyone to receive the emails. Is there something I am missing? Should I be discouraging my members to replying to the Agenda Emails?

Thank you so much,
Jeff Grantham

1) please have your members check their browser settings to these docs.
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

when reporting these kind of issues it is good to know the users Browser and version.

2) Where the replies to the agenda email is defined in the admin console under the Global agenda settings.

1b - Members can only sign up for roles that have the "this is a role for which members can sign up" checkbox ticked.

If you use the asterisk feature for roles such as Toastmaster, e.g.
*Toastmaster* Welcomes Guests
*Toastmaster* Closes Meeting
only the first role will be available for signup, the same member will then automatically be assigned to the remaining matching roles

You need to make sure that the email addresses for your members in Membership Management are correct. typos do happen

Your members need to make sure that they have us listed as a safe sender in their email or otherwise they will get stuff in their junk mail folders.

We have been making a lot of bug fix changes lately. Have your members click the blue Reload website from server link at the bottom of your website to make sure they get the updates if they are having access issues. Sometimes that will help.
