Help! I am the VPE of two clubs and I am coaching/mentoring a third club.

I sent in two requests to FTH to allow me, as a non-officer, of the newly chartered club to set up the FTH website for the new club.

I saw that FTH needs to get "permission" from the President of the club to allow me access. I sent in two requests to FTH and the VPE of the club sent in a request.

The President of the new club does not check her email. I have asked her repeatedly to look for your "authorization request' and to submit the information FTH needs to allow me to gain access. It's been almost a month now. I could wait until the new President takes over, but I would rather get the FTH site up ASAP.

The President is now stepping into the VPE role and I want the FTH website up and running so she can reap the benefits of scheduling the weekly agendas right on the FTH site.

Can I get access without the President's permission? I spoke with the Area Governor and the District Governor and they said they can't help me with this matter because FTH is a separate service from TI.

South Whidbey Sound Off - Club # 3369910 is the club I need to set up FTH website for.

I am VPE of Club's 4902 and 2148

I want to get FTH up and running over the holidays so I can train the club on it's many features after the new year.

Thanks!

We send the approval to the club contact email listed in Toastmasters.org/find-a-club

Any club officer can change this email address, I would suggest that one of the officers that check their email address be assigned as club contact.

Once the email address has been corrected you can resubmit the request.
