I've discovered I have the same problem. Browsers are Firefox 34.0 and Chromium 39.0.2171.65 (Chromium is Chrome without the Google branding.) The home page is reloaded.

No, the link does not work, because I had not yet finished the user doc.
I just finished the related user doc, and when the doc is integrated into the rest of our docs, I will fix the link. Regards,
