Please help me to access our webpage. I did not setup this page. We would like the meeting time and dates to be correct. We meet on te first and third Friday at 12:30pm.

If you add an agenda, the meeting will automatically be added to the club calendar.

You must provide your club number in each post or in your forum signature if you expect us to help you. I had to do a lot of hunting on Google to find your website--there are a lot of Oakland clubs. You have disabled agendas, so Roger's approach will not work for you. I recommend that you get familiar with the built in agendas feature... It will save you a good bit of time in the future.

In the meantime, to change the calendar, click on Week view, then click and drag to select a time range. When you release the mouse button, you should see a dialog show where you can select a recurrence pattern. Unfortunately, the recurrence pattern does not currently account for different numbers of weeks in months, so you will need to set bi-weekly as the recurrence (1st and 3rd Friday is not an available recurrence), and then change it once you hit a month with 5 Fridays in it. You can just set up a recurrence, then delete the portion of it that is off, and then set up another recurrence, etc.

You will also likely want to change the caption for your home page in the admin console also. Just click on the Home Page tab in the admin console.

In order to add a calendar event you will have to be logged on to your site as either a member or as the administrator. The events will be displayed in a different color depending on how you are logged on.

To change your meeting information you will need to be logged on as site admin and launch the admin console to get to the relevant areas that need updating.

Thank you Pam, I am having a problem logging in as the site administrator. I keep getting a response that indicates my old work email address and the current email address. I have checked with Toastmasters International and they said they only have one email address on file, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. I will continue to try to resolve the issue.

Cynthia, you are registered as your FTH site admin with your work email address. You are registered on your membership database with your aol email address. FTH doesn't know that you and the site admin are the same person, but your admin details should update if you follow the procedure below.

In order to get access to the site, click on the "Login as site admin" link. Then click on the "click here to change the site administrator" link and proceed. That will cause an email to be sent to the person listed with TI as your club contact (that shows as you with the aol address) and one to the current site admin (your old address). You should get one of the the emails at your new address - that will ask you to authorise the "New" admin (you with your correct address) and give you access to your site. I checked your club contact email on TI Find A Club and that was correct 3 days ago (and still is).

Please try completing the submission form once more (Login as site admin, then click on the "click here to change the site administrator" link and proceed.) Make sure you submit the form, even though it shows your old work email as one of the contacts. The alternate confirmation email will be sent to your current address (the address as recorded at TI).

If you don't get the authentication email soon after that please provide us with your IP address. You can find that at ipaddy.com/
