This morning I noticed a new "member" listed in our directory. I did not put the entry on the web site, yet the photo used in the member display is a photo that I have used in the past when setting up a new member. I tried to delete the member from the list. a message appears when I try that tells me "Admin Edits are DISABLED by the member". The member name is "Chuck Weimean" and his e-mail account is at hushmail.com and no phone number is listed. How do I get rid of this entry?

Before just deleting who else has admin access or access to the membership management?

Put a tick in it and select delete from the pull down.

Brian,
Several club members have the access information, but I am generally the only one who does this kind of work. One of the VPs will occasionally go on site to build a new agenda, and one other will make a very rare editorial change. No one indicated that they had put this information on the site. Not saying it wasn't one of us, but no one remembers doing it.

I am not sure what you mean by putting a tick in it to delete it. I have attempted to delete it, but the web site programming gives me the message indicating that I am not allowed to do this.

Brian: OK, I figured out how to remove it from the membership management panel. Thanks.
