One of our members Kathy Emery has not been receiving any emails from the emails sent out to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Your assistance is most appreciated.

Steve, Thanks. I have looked through those documents. The email is correct and I have exchanged emails directly with her on several occasions. My suspicion is that SpamCop or something is blocking. This is the only person with a roadrunner email on our club list. I have also asked her to check the Spam Folder.

Well, you are asking us to fix a problem on her end. If any people on the distribution list are getting email at all, then our system is working. We do not block any emails to specific member recipients in our system, unless they have been blacklisted by the club... We do block some emails *received* by the server for processing, but that affects specific ip/email addresses of the sender and would prevent emails to *all* recipients.

3/4 of the time, email issues with one or two of the recipients is an issue on their end that we cannot do anything about. All I can do is refer you to the docs that we have on that subject. Make sure they add the server address to their contact list to effectively whitelist it, or put our server address on their safe sender's list.

Kathy's email service is receiving the emails. She will need to talk to them to ask what they are doing with the emails. She can give them these log entries.

Steve, Thanks for your help and explanation. Now, I understand a little better how the system works.

Steva and Brian: I am grateful for the detailed logs that confirm beyond a doubt that emails were sent and accepted by the provider. It is very clear that the problem is at the receiving end. I will let her know how to whitelist the server.
